Processing Time In-stock orders ship within 2–3 business days. Backordered items ship within 14 business days.

Shipping Carrier & Method All orders are shipped via USPS standard shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns & Exchanges If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — a prepaid return label will be provided and your correct order will ship once your return is in transit.

If you'd like to return a tray, contact us within 14 days of delivery to receive an RMA. Discretionary returns are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a service with tracking, as we cannot be responsible for returns without it. Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed and refunded.
