Using high-precision measuring equipment, we develop trays with a perfect fit to any kind of marine battery. After thoroughly iterating on and approving the design for a battery, we machine trays in house on a CNC platform with the use of Computer Aided Machining (CAM). Then, our parts receive a thorough inspection ensuring the fit is perfect and the finish is up to par to maintain the quality of the product for our customers. Once the part is qualified, we ship to our customers.
